Spinach & Mango Smoothie Recipe

Mango, spinach and Greek yogurt with a touch of lime make a thick and tasty smoothie to drink any time of day.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fresh Express® Spinach
  • 1 cup mango juice
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender; process until smooth.

Notes

You may need to turn off the blender and scrape the side in the middle of processing to get the ingredients fully incorporated.
Tip: Add one scoop of vanilla protein powder for increased satiety.
