Spinach & Mango Smoothie Recipe
Mango, baby spinach and Greek yogurt with a touch of lime make a thick and tasty smoothie to drink any time of day.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Express® Baby Spinach
- 1 cup mango juice
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup Ice
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender; process until smooth.
Notes
You may need to turn off the blender and scrape the side in the middle of processing to get the ingredients fully incorporated.
Tip: Add one scoop of vanilla protein powder for increased satiety.
