Spinach & Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
Fresh mint and crystallized ginger give this delectable smoothie added zing to wake up your morning.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Express® Baby Spinach
- 1-1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon crystallized ginger
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh mint
- 2 mint leaves
Instructions
- Place all ingredients,except for the mint leaves, into a blender; process until smooth.
Notes
Tip: Add one scoop of vanilla protein powder for increased satiety.
