Ingredients
- 2 (9.5-ounce) packages Fresh Express® Twisted Pesto Caesar Chopped Salad Kits®
- 1 (16-ounce) Italian bread loaf
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (3.5-ounce) package pepperoni
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Instructions
- Heat oven to 450°F.
- Slice Italian bread loaf in half horizontally; remove a little of the bread from the middle. Place bread, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
- Drizzle one package of the pesto dressing over both halves of bread, evenly distributing it.
- Sprinkle each half with 2 cups cheese, evenly distributing it; top with pepperoni. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Place the lettuce from the Fresh Express® Twisted Pesto Caesar Chopped Salad Kits® into a bowl; toss with the remaining salad dressing. Add the toppings; toss to combine.
- Top the pizza with some of the salad. Cut each pizza into six pieces.
- Serve the remaining salad on the side.
