Crunchy Spinach Salad
Celery, radishes, cucumber and red bell pepper add multi-veggie crunch to our Baby Spinach.

Servings 4 people
Ingredients
- 1 package Fresh Express Baby Spinach
- 1/2 cup celery sliced
- 1/2 cup radishes sliced
- 1/2 cup cucumber sliced
- 1/2 cup white mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper chopped
- 1/3 cup Bleu cheese crumbled
- Your favorite Dijon Vinaigrette dressing
Instructions
- Place greens in a large salad bowl.
- Add remaining veggies.
- Drizzle dressing and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.
