- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons Thai style chili sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sugar, soy sauce, honey, chili sauce, and brown sugar until well combined. Set aside 1/4 of the marinade for later use.
- Add pork chops to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet tray with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Arrange the pork chops on the prepared wire rack. Roast for 15 minutes, basting with the reserved marinade halfway through.
- When the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Toss the salad ingredients in a bowl and arrange on a serving plate.
- Slice the pork into 1/2-inch strips and serve alongside the salad. Enjoy!
