These sliders are easy to make—just bake them in the oven—and top them with the Fresh Express® Kickin’ Bacon Ranch Chopped Kit®.

Ingredients
- 3 (10.2-ounce) packages Fresh Express® Kickin’ Bacon Ranch Chopped Kits®
- 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
- 1 jalapeño pepper, cored, seeded, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon chipotle chili pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 6 slices Pepper Jack cheese, cut in half
- 12 small dinner rolls, cut in half
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400° F.
- Mix the onion, jalapeño pepper, egg, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, chipotle chili powder, salt, and cumin in a large bowl. Add the ground beef; mix well. Transfer to a 13x9x2-inch baking pan, pressing the meat into a flat layer with your hands. Cut the meat into 12 squares.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned on top and slightly pink in the center. Drain any grease from the pan. Arrange the cheese on top of the patties; return to the oven and bake for one minute or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven; recut to separate the patties.
- Place the greens from the Fresh Express® Kickin’ Bacon Chopped Kits® into a large bowl; toss with the salad dressings. Add the toppings; toss to combine.
To Assemble:
- Place each patty on the bottom bun, top with a little Kickin’ Bacon Ranch salad and top of bun. Serve with additional Kickin’ Bacon Ranch Salad on the side.
