- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 3 teaspoons chile garlic sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth; transfer to a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop. Refrigerate dressing for up to two weeks.
