New Year’s Eve Charcuterie Board
Chiquita Bites® makes it easy to put together a festive New Year’s Eve charcuterie board.
Ingredients
- 2 (2-ounce) packages Chiquita Bites®: Apple Wedges, Cheddar Cheese and Crackers
- 2 (2-ounce) packages Chiquita Bites®: Apple Wedges, Cheddar Cheese and Grapes
- Prosciutto
- Genoa salami
- Fig preserves
- Chocolate sauce
- Apple Hot Pepper Jelly (follow the recipe here)
- Assorted nuts, such as cashews and pistachios
- Dried apricots
- White bread, cut into star shapes and toasted
- Chocolate Pizzelle cookies cut in half
Instructions
- Arrange the products from the Chiquita Bites®: Apple Wedges, Cheddar Cheese and Crackers and Chiquita Bites®: Apple Wedges, Cheddar Cheese and Grapes on a marble or wooden board. Wrap a few apple slices with prosciutto. Fill small bowls with fig preserves, chocolate sauce and Apple Hot Pepper Jelly. Arrange the salami, nuts, dried apricots, star toast, and cookies around the apples and cheese.
