Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Express® Baby Kale Mix
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup chocolate coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 ripe Chiquita banana, peeled, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs, optional
Instructions
- Place all ingredients, except the cacao nibs, into a blender; process until smooth. Pour smoothie into glasses; sprinkle with cacao nibs.
Notes
Tip: Add one scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder for increased satiety.
