Chicken Enchilada Crunch Wrap
Take your tastebuds on a journey across the border with this tasty Chicken Enchilada Crunch Wrap, made with the flavorful Fresh Express® Twisted Caesar Enchilada Caesar Chopped Kit®.
Ingredients
- 2 (9.6-ounce) packages Fresh Express® Twisted Enchilada Caesar Chopped Salad Kits®
- 4 (12-inch) extra grande burrito flour tortillas
- 1 1/3 cups Mexican cheese blend
- 2 cups sliced cooked chicken breast, warmed
- 1 1/3 cups guacamole
- 4 slices tomato
Instructions
- Place the greens from the Fresh Express® Twisted Enchilada Caesar Chopped Salad Kit® into a large bowl; toss with the salad dressing. Add the toppings; toss to combine.
- Visually divide the tortilla into four sections.
- Sprinkle 1/3 cup cheese in the top left section; top it with 1/2 cup chicken. Spread 1/4 cup guacamole in the upper right section. Then place a tomato slice in the lower right section and 1/2 cup salad in the lower left section.
- Fold the right half of the tortilla over the left half; fold again to make a triangle. Repeat with the other tortillas.
- Cook the wrap, cheese side down, a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat for three minutes or until it is browned. Flip it over and cook the other side for two to three minutes or until it is browned. Cook the other wraps.
- Serve with additional salad on the side.
