Not-So-Leftover Turkey Salad

Wow taste buds the next day with this Leftover Turkey Salad recipe. Shred yesterday’s roasted turkey, mix in our Sweet Kale Chopped Salad Kit, hazelnuts, Pomegranate seeds and top with creamy goat cheese for a meal to remember. Serves 4
2 cups leftover turkey breast, shredded
1 bag of Fresh Express Sweet Kale Chopped Kit
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1 cup toasted hazelnuts 
4-5 oz. soft, crumbled goat cheese
In a large bowl, add all ingredients, except the goat cheese. Toss until well incorporated. 
Portion each salad onto plates. Top with crumbled goat cheese.
