1 bag Fresh Express Asian Salad kit
1/2 cup shelled cooked edamame
1 cup chopped pineapple (drain well if using canned)
3/4 cup sliced water chestnuts, drained well (chopped jicama may be substituted)
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
2 scallions sliced thinly, green only
Empty salad kit into large bowl, and add all other ingredients on top. Drizzle with dressing packet, then toss and serve.
